The BWBC Clubhouse has a maximum occupancy of 120 guests. Currently there are 10 x 5' Round tables, 6 rectangular tables, 8 high top tables and 120 chairs. This number is not guaranteed and may change at any time.
Rental Rates & Fees
- Up to 8 hrs: $350 | Additional Hours: $50/hr
- Deposit: $100 (non-refundable, will be credited towards rental fee)
- Cleaning Fee: $150
- Member Sponsored Event: Rental Rate + Add'l $200
Additional Notes:
- Only BWBC members may submit rental requests. If an event is being sponsored for a non-member, the BWBC member must still submit the request and sign the agreement.
- The rental fee provides access to the clubhouse for up to 8 hours. If additional hours are needed, they are available at a rate of $50/hr
- Events may begin anytime after 8 am and must conclude before midnight.
- Clubhouse must be clean and vacant at the end of your rental. Nothing may be left overnight.
- Clubhouse rentals are available to members only. Any member wishing to sponsor an event for a non-member is able to do so for an additional fee of $200.
- Weekend rentals (Friday evening and Saturday) are limited to 2 times per calendar year.
- Requests submitted with less than 7 days notice may not be seen by the rentals chair
